Rainforest Pyramid and IMAX at Moody Gardens

Kemah Boardwalk

We went to the Kemah Boardwalk the evening we got into Texas.  We ate at the Saltgrass Steakhouse, then the kids rode the carousel.  Oh yeah, the dads did too!  Then we all rode the little train while a thunderstorm rolled in.

Moody Gardens Palm Beach

We took a mini-vacation to visit our friends, The Powells, and went to Galveston for a couple of days.  It was really enjoyable...just long enough to be ready to come home!  This was our first day in Galveston...the girls really wanted to play in the sand, so we went to Palm Beach in Moody Gardens.  They loved it!

I already have a good stash of baby clothes...my mom and I have been picking up things here and there.  It really is strange shopping for a boy, after 7 1/2 years of nothing but GIRL!!
